Whitin

When it comes to clothing for your feet, less is more. Here are my favorite minimalist shoe options:
1) Barefoot. Wherever practical, put the shoe on the ground instead of your foot. Run, walk or practice quadrupedal movements in the grass, sand or on a soft synthetic surface like a rubberized track, thick carpet, or firm mat.
2) Minimalist shoes. If you’re at the gym, you might want a pair of Whitin, Vibram Five Fingers, Vivobarefoot, or Lems shoes (in order of price).
3) Less is more, and that includes minimalist training! If you need to rest your feet, consider keeping a pair of Altra or other foot-shaped, zero-drop shoes at the ready. They’ll provide some cushion but not squeeze your toes together or shorten your calf and Achilles tendon.
