Aron Talenfeld

Drawing upon over a decade’s experience in the weight room, Aron helps people of all ages and abilities to meet and exceed their fitness goals, whether they be to reduce body fat, build muscle, gain an athletic edge, or simply enhance their overall well-being.

Aron is an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer and a TRX Suspension Training and Spinning instructor.
